Our Curriculum Offer
Overview
At Rokeby School, we provide a broad and balanced curriculum designed to prepare students for further education, career pathways, and life beyond secondary school. Our curriculum equips students with the qualifications, knowledge, skills, and values they need to succeed. Our detailed Curriculum Model for 2025-26 provides an overview of our offer.
Our school, purpose-built in 2010, is a modern secondary school in Newham with bright classrooms and generous outdoor space. Facilities include ICT, technology and music suites, a performance theatre, a dance studio, and an Olympic-standard six-court indoor sports hall with a fully equipped gym. Outside, students benefit from a multi-use games pitch, a fitness trail, and outdoor dining areas, enabling a wide range of sporting and recreational activities as part of our enrichment programme.

Use of technology to support learning
At Rokeby, we work to ensure that students have access to online resources that we believe will support their learning. We document and publish all sites that students interact with at our school so that parents and carers are aware of the sites their children are using.
Our remote learning offer
Our provision is structured around in-school learning. However, we also have arrangements in place for remote learning should this be required, which can be accessed here.
Our curriculum is complemented by a wide range of enrichment opportunities, including sports, arts, music, drama, and leadership programmes, giving every boy the chance to explore new interests, develop life skills, and thrive both inside and outside the classroom.
